We went to PF Chang's last night. I tried a wine I had been yearning for. Not as excited about the Farrari Fume Blanc as I thought I would be. Stick to cars and stay out of the vineyards.... Had the usual veggie lettuce wraps that are always perfect. Went out on a limb for the Coconut Curry Vegetables. Gross. Yuck. Two bites and done. Oddly that is a good thing.......
The Lucky 8 my friends is something you must go experiance. It is a new off the chain dessert. They wrap chocolate in wonton wrappers and deep fry. They are served HOT with a warm carmel dipping sauce AND THEN you roll the piece of heaven in toffee crumbles. The chocolate wonton wrapper things are rolled thin, but are as long as a chop stick. I really enjoyed.
